(image by pexels.com) Gen Z - The Genuine Generation? by Juan We have all heard that Gen Z is the generation of digital natives - people who spend a large part of their lives online and derive most of their identity from that existence. Perhaps this is understandable, as Gen Z is the generation of the Internet and new technologies, but is it an accurate reflection? In fact, this is far from the truth because, although we spend a large part of our time on social media, we have been, and probably still are, the last ‘street’ generation. The last to go out to play football or other sports with friends or to stay out late on the streets up to all kinds of mischief. While today's young teenagers spend their days at home, not going out, trapped in social networks like ‘Tik Tok’ or ‘Instagram’, inhabiting the unreal image of themselves they have created, our days for the most part were not, and are not, like that.  In my childhood, I used to spend most of my free time out on my bike or pl...
